Reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Solutions, the Systems Administrator supports our customers across the Greater Montreal area with a wide range of IT needs, including but not limited to:
Main duties
Administer servers and networks
Manage IT security and firewalls in diversified environments
Manage cloud and virtual hosting environments (Hyper-V, VMware)
Run server deployments and migrations (Microsoft Remote App, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange)
Collaborate on projects with the Web and Programming team
Manage IP telephony systems
Provide level 2 and 3 IT support
Repair, configure and install desktop computers and printers
Produce technical documentation
Requirements
DEC or AEC in computer science
3 to 5 years of experience as a systems administrator
Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)

Computer support
Repair, configuration and installation of desktop computers and printers
Computer systems monitoring
Server administration
Network administration
Technical documentation
Working closely with our cybersecurity and programming teams
Requirements
DEP, DEC or AEC in computer science
Bilingualism an asset (spoken and written)
1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent
Professionalism and discretion
Customer-service oriented, motivated and dynamic
Resourceful, with strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver license and a car for travel to customer sites
Microsoft certification an asset
The position is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. We encourage telecommuting to work more efficiently, and mileage is reimbursed for travel.
